- Handling all forms of commercial arrangements involving intellectual property rights and information technology, such as computer hardware and software contracts, outsourcing and facilities management contracts, IT consultancy contracts, market information contracts, website development agreements, intellectual property assignments and licensing agreements, technology licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements and entertainment-related agreements.
