HKEX published Consultation Paper on SPACs

September 2021

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX”) has published a Consultation Paper on Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (“Consultation Paper”) today to seek market feedback on the proposals to amend the Listing Rules to create a listing regime for SPACs in Hong Kong.
