Legal Training to Offshore Banking Department of Ping An Bank

In order to keep abreast of the latest market, product and legal knowledge and information, the Offshore Banking Department of Ping An Bank organized a special two-day bank-wide training session in Cheng Du, China to over 100 senior banking executives (including heads of departments) of various branches of Ping An Bank all over Mainland China on 11-12 June 2015.  Ms. Amanda Liu, Managing Partner of our Firm and Mr. Philip Wong, Partner of our Commercial Department and Head of Banking and Finance Practice Team, were invited by the Offshore Banking Department of Ping An Bank to attend this special occasion.


Mr. Philip Wong was also invited to deliver an in-depth training in this occasion on cross-border legal due diligence issues in relation to bank practices with special emphasis on legal complexity involving listed issuers in Hong Kong.


Colleagues of Ping An Bank attending this two-day training session were grateful to the quality services our Firm provides and appreciated the good relationship our Firm has developed with them and their colleagues.
