Share Match Scheme

January 2012

Our firm has acted for a listed company in Hong Kong in its formulation and adoption of a Share Match Scheme.  While it is not uncommon for companies in the United Kingdom to adopt share match schemes, it is relatively new for a Hong Kong listed company to adopt such a scheme in Hong Kong.  Mr. Philip Wong and his commercial team is the key legal advisor advising the listed company on the scheme.
