Experience
- Focus on real estate and development projects in Hong Kong. Extensive experience in acting in all stages of real estate investment cycle including setting up joint ventures, agreeing development agreements, acquiring land for development, financing, disposals, etc.
- Extensive experience in advising on matters relating to first-hand development projects involving mixed-use composite developments, tenancies and licences
- Extensive experience in advising on building management matters
- Extensive experience in obtaining Government approvals of deeds of mutual covenants and other related documents and consents for pre-sale of first-hand developments
- Extensive experience in advising on compliance with legislations and regulatory requirements e.g. compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance Cap. 621, applicable pre-sale consent conditions and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Cap. 486
- Advise on Government leases matters (including applications for in-situ land exchange, modification of Government leases, assessment of land premium, master layout plans applications, lease extensions, removal of non-offensive trade clause and extension of building covenant)
- Advise on stamp duty matters
- Advise on secured loans, project loans, construction loans, acquisition financing and syndicated lending by banks and financial institutions
