Cross-border Investments and M&A

• advising Hong Kong and foreign investors for their investments and operations in China such as legal due diligence, negotiations, set-up, capital injection, share transfer and financing and advising the policy and regulations on the foreign exchange control of China
  
• advising Chinese clients to conduct legal feasibility of the investment destination, preparing transaction structuring and documentation, advising on government approval, filing and registration, and liaising with overseas service providers
