Banking and Finance
- Advising Hong Kong, Macau, PRC and foreign banks and financial institutions on secured and unsecured, bilateral and syndicated loan financing
- Experience in local, international and cross-border financing transactions involving general lending, asset financing, acquisition financing, project financing and real estate financing and advising on the related regulations
- Advising banks on sale and purchase of loans on secondary loan market
- Advising banks on loan restructuring for distressed loans
- Advising banks on legal and regulatory compliance matter
- Setting and reviewing standard forms and documents for use in Hong Kong and/or PRC in relation to banking business
Trust
- Advising professional trustee companies in establishing and administering share award schemes, share match schemes and other employee incentive schemes for listed companies and private companies in Hong Kong
- Advising on the rights, powers and obligations of professional and individual trustees
- Drafting and reviewing trust documentation for employee incentive schemes, charitable trusts and private trusts
