GALLANT ATTENDED MERITAS ASIA REGIONAL MEETING IN BALI

September 2024

Gallant’s Managing Partner Mr Philip Wong and Commercial Partners Ms Angela Lau and Ms Claudia Kwok attended Meritas Asia Regional Meeting in Bali on 22 August 2024. The meeting brought together more than 55 lawyers from 18 countries and jurisdictions. Apart from Asian countries’ member firms including Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, Malaysia and Taiwan, there were also representatives from California, Canada, Australia and Hawaii member firms attending the meeting.

Mr Philip Wong, Co-Chair of Meritas Asia Leadership Committee, delivered the welcome speech to officially kick-start the meeting.

The Meritas Asia Regional Meeting serves as an annual invaluable platform amongst Asian member firms to exchange knowledge, develop meaningful connections and stay abreast of emerging legal trends within the Region. This gathering of esteemed legal participants from diverse backgrounds and jurisdictions creates a rich environment for collaborative learning and fostering professional relationships.
