October 2016

Our client China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited (Stock Code: 8407) (“CISI Financial”) was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 20 October 2016. CISI Financial is a subsidiary of Industrial Securities Co., Ltd., which is a full-service securities group and one of the leading securities firms in the PRC listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 601377).
