SCIA Unveils New Panel of Arbitrators 2025

The Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) held an inauguration ceremony for its latest Panel of Arbitrators at the Shenzhen Qianhai International Conference Center on 22 March, 2025. The event featured keynote speeches and experience-sharing sessions by distinguished leaders and industry experts.

Our firm takes great pride in announcing the appointment of two partners as SCIA arbitrators for a five-year term, namely Mr. Philip Wong, Managing Partner and Head of our Commercial Department and Mr. Andrew Chin, Litigation Partner. Mr. Philip Wong has over 30 years of expertise in Hong Kong and cross-border financial and commercial legal practices. Mr. Andrew Chin is a seasoned practitioner with extensive experience in international arbitration matters. This appointment and recognition underscores our firm's commitment to advancing dispute resolution excellence in the Greater Bay Area and beyond.
